Institute of Economic Growth, India, spoke in various plenary sessions. More than 50 researchers from
across India participated in the conference. Professor Sunil Kumar was the organizing secretary of the
conference.

organized a three-day
International Workshop on Data
Envelopment Analysis for
Performance Evaluation and
Benchmarking on 12-14 January
2020. The primary goal of this
workshop was to bring together
young researchers in the field of
efficiency and productivity
analysis using non-parametric
frontier m ethodological
framework. The workshop also
imparted training to young researchers on various data envelopment analysis (DEA) models. The
workshop had participants from various prestigious institutes from India. Distinguished speakers in the
workshop included Subhash C. Ray, Professor of Economics, University of Connecticut, USA. Professor
SunilKumarwastheorganizingsecretaryandDr.SoumyaDattawasthecoordinatoroftheworkshop.
