In view of the emergency created by Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown, and in continuation of the decisions taken in the Emergent Meeting of Deans and Chairpersons on 7 May 2020, followed by the meeting of the Central Admission Committee on 04.07.2020 and the Notification issued on 08.07.2020, the following decisions were taken for the Continuing students for the Monsoon Semester 2020-2021:

• As per the Notification, the final component of the online testing of Semester II students would be held in the first two weeks of August 2020.
• Semester III students will be tested on the basis of one exam, to be held at the end of the semester (27 Nov-5 Dec 2020) and any assignments/internal assessments that the Faculty/Department may choose to assign to them.

Based on the Emergent Meeting of Deans, Chairpersons, Professors, Director Finance and Director A & E and other University Functionaries on 25.07.2020, the following is also being notified:

1. The last date for Registration to be extended till 6 August 2020.
2. Students who were not in receipt of any scholarship can pay their fees in 4 equal monthly installments. The last date for the payment of each instalment will be 6th August; 6^th September; 6^th October and 6^th November 2020. Those who do not clear their Registration Fees by the last date of the last instalment may not be allowed to take the End Semester exam. No late fee/instalment fee will be charged from continuing students for this semester.
3. The Hostel Administration will determine the number of students staying in the University hostel during the semester and inform the Finance Department so that correct dues are collected from students.

The Registration schedule that is notified herewith is being made in line with the decisions taken in the meetings held and the further Notification issued thereon.

Registration Schedule for Continuing Students (both Ph.D and Masters programme) for Monsoon Semester,2020-2021

After the summer break, the University will start functioning from the 27^th of July 2020.

Registration schedule for the Continuing students will be as follows:

• Registration of Continuing students: 23^rd July, 2020 –6^th August 2020 (without late fees for all dates)

All students who want to repeat/improve their grades should also register in the Course Card.

For those continuing students who wish to pay in instalments, registration with instalments proposed for Monsoon Semester 2020-2021 are as follows:

Installments dates: In 4 equal instalments:

1^st Instalment: not later than 6^th August 2020

2^nd Instalment: not later than 6^th September 2020 3^rd Instalment: not later than 6^th October 2020

4^th Instalment : not later than 6^th November 2020

*There is no late fees and no instalment fees for the Monsoon Semester 2020-2021 for the continuing students.

No Registration of students will be permitted after 6^thof August 2020.

The students can download the Course Card from the above link, fill it up and submit it to the respective Department

Students can fill the Registration Form and pay their fees online.

After filling the required information in the Registration Form (Semester II students should fill N/A (Not Applicable) in the Column “CGPA obtained up to the end of last semester” in the Registration form), and on having paid the fees online, the Registration Form with the fee receipt should be submitted to the Evaluation Office at the following email id: exam_reg@sau.int with a copy to the respective Faculty Assistant.
