On November 20, 2025, International Child Rights Day, South Asian University (SAU) in India opened its groundbreaking child rights centre, CIRCLE (The Centre for Inspiring the Rights of Children for Learning and Empowerment), under the distinguished direction of Professor Dr. K. K. Aggarwal.  The centre will operate under the Faculty of Social Sciences.
