Applications are invited from Indian nationals interested in the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the R&D project titled ‘Personalized AI-Assisted Therapy for Children with Autism: An Adaptive Intervention Framework’ sanctioned by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation under the ECRG Scheme under the supervision of the undersigned.

Duration	Initially for one year. May be extended further based on satisfactory performance annually up to 3 years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
Fellowship	Rs. 37,000/month + HRA as per project norms

Project Description

The project aims to develop AI-assisted personalized intervention technologies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using multimodal behaviour analysis, machine learning, computer vision, speech processing, and human-computer interaction.

Minimum Qualification and Criteria

Candidates must satisfy any one of the following:

• M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or equivalent in ECE/CSE/Information Technology/Data Science or allied disciplines, with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, along with a valid NET/GATE qualification (as applicable).

OR

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent in ECE/CSE/Information Technology/Data Science or allied disciplines, with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, along with a valid GATE/NET score.

Desirable Qualifications

• Candidates having research experience in the aligned areas of the project will be given preference.
• Experience in Computer Vision, Multimodal AI, Speech Processing, LLMs, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow.

PhD Opportunity

The selected candidate may be considered for admission to the PhD programme at South Asian University, subject to Institute rules.
