Applications are invited from Indian nationals interested in the post of Project Associate to work on the research project entitled “Digital Twins for Design of Electromagnetic Materials and Devices Using Optimal Control and Finite Element Methods” supported under the Faculty Research Grant (FRG) of South Asian University under the supervision of the undersigned.

Project Description
The project aims to develop and analyze structure-preserving finite element discretizations and optimization methods for time-dependent Maxwell’s equations within the framework of PDE-constrained optimization.
Minimum Qualification and Eligibility
Candidates should satisfy the following:
- Sc./M.S./M.Tech. in Mathematics/Computer Science with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- Candidates with a strong background in numerical analysis, finite element methods, partial differential equations, optimization, or computational mathematics will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant research experience and/or programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or other scientific computing platforms will be preferred.
