The Faculty of Life Sciences and Biotechnology (FLSB) officially welcomed its incoming Master of Science and PhD cohorts with a comprehensive orientation program organized on July 29, 2026, to launch their academic journey. The day began with guided tours of the Life Sciences building, advanced FLSB research laboratories, and modern classrooms, led by university staff and student coordinators. During the formal session, Program Coordinator Dr AKR. Gobinath delivered introductory remarks, followed by Dean Prof. Rinkoo D. Gupta, who provided a strategic overview of the MSc/PhD curriculum, research facilities, and essential university committees. The event concluded with interactive faculty and student introductions and a networking mixer over tea, establishing a strong foundation for future academic excellence and scientific innovation.
