The Quantum Technologies Research Dialogue for Collaboration was organized by the centre of Quantum computing policy research and capacity building, SAU on 3 March 2026 to promote the academic and research partnerships. The dignitaries and guests who graced the occasion were:

The opening of the event was done by Dr Vivek Dixit.
Dr. Reshma Rastogi delivered the Welcome Address and briefed the audience about the program.
Prof. S. N. Gupta presented insights on the Quantum Computing Research and Capacity Building Center.
The Presidential Address was given by Prof. K.K. Aggarwal, Honorable President, SAU.
The keynote address was delivered by Padam Bhushan Dr. Ajay Chowdhary, Chairman, National Quantum Mission.
An MoU exchange between SAU and RailTel was conducted by Mr. Sanjai Kumar, CMD, RailTel and registrar, Prof Soni from South Asian University.
A book titled “Quantum Fundamentals” authored by Niraj Gupta was officially released.
The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks and presentation of mementos by Dr. Jyotsna Sharma, Associate Dean FPS.
